ESTFPV is an FPV drone simulator and trainer for beginners. It takes you from your first hover through Angle and Horizon to Acro, until you can fly a real 5-inch quad without crashing it straight away. It is free, and it always will be.

Lessons from first hover to Acro

Short lessons teach one skill at a time, each with a demo flight you can watch first. Every lesson is open from the start, and free flight is always available on every map, in any flight mode and view.

Flies like a real quad

• A 5-inch quad with realistic thrust, motor lag, drag and ground effect.
• A Betaflight-style flight controller with Angle, Horizon and Acro modes.
• FPV view with adjustable camera angle, plus a chase view to see how the quad moves.
• Trees, poles, gates and a building to fly around, crash into and bounce off.
• Real habits: arm with throttle low, reset by hand, turtle mode to flip back over.

Your radio, your settings

Plug in your radio in USB joystick mode, or use a PS5 or other gamepad. Rates and throttle curve use Betaflight terms (Actual rates, throttle mid, expo and limit), so the settings you learn with carry over to your real quad.
